I’M
I’M
This work is a response to my complicated relationship with religion and the times we live in. I am not religious and yet I am Muslim it is part of my identity. During these times of Islamophobia, the word jarring, it elicits a reaction, here it is large and bold and yet it is broken up, veiled and hidden. I’M stands out either as a fearless proclamation or it seeks to soften judgement.
